Friis & Co. blogger event

Yesterday we were invited to a blogger event hosted by Friis & Co. It was a really nice and well organized event – and the people from Friis & Co. are so friendly! We’ll post some pictures later of the SS11 styles that we where looking at, when the photo of us were taken. Look forward to some chic shoes with wooden heels!

summer look in question

Okay, so the black boot isn’t at all summer..but how epic is the chunky rubber sole, right? Anyway I think my summer outfits are going to be quite simple. Too much layering – especially in black – is too hot to wear, so it’s going to be clean. The white shoes from Opening Ceremony par Robert Clergerie would be perfect with brown legs and a white douce dress. The cleanness of the first ones (United Bamboo) is lovely! Actually I prefer those compared to the other white lace-ups from F-troupe with the brown soles.

I think I’m slightly convinced that’s going to be the white look triumphing this summer :)

going away on resort

Favorite discovery after a long break from the internet.. News from Acne! Founder Jonny Johansson and his team have simply done what they always succeed in doing: making an increadibel cool and inspiring resort 2011 collection. What I can see of the shoes, they also promise some edgy having-a-lot-to-say designs! Love the third outfit in the burned colors and the shoes seen from the side are sick. There’s still the same strong and powerful attitude about the collection combined with a hint of 70′s feeling to it. Mmh, can’t wait to see their summer 2011 collection!

Anyway, I’ve been away to Roskilde Festival, which was really really nice! There’s still a lot of student parties left but I’m still just chilling and enjoying all the time I have for relaxing!

Virkelig lækkert badetøj fra Acne, som lige er kommet på deres Online Shop - jeg er specielt forelsket i den første badedragt. Det ligner helt at det er to

The long trench

The long black trench I found in a local thrift store has been used a lot this winter. But, but, but. When it’s going to be getting warmer (which it hopefully will soon!) I will be needing a replacement. Taylor Tomasi pulls the trench of so well, I think! the brown color to the nude legs, the belted figure and the full skirt underneath make a cool cool combi. I will be having this outfit in mind, when looking for a long summer coat.

PRADA’S FIRST SPRING

Prada has chosen to use the movie-media for their new men's wear S/S 2010

advertising campaign. It's called First Spring and the creation is directed

by Chinese artist Yang Fudong. I like the oriental feeling without being

kung-foo-like and there is a kind of silent intimacy between the models

in the movie, who are of cause all dressed in Prada. The created universe

demands some attention I think, with all the small and weird details in
