It’s freaking cold outside, but with all the new items arriving in the shops, you can only dream yourself away to warmer temperatures and less clothes.

The collage is showing items in a ice-cream-pastel colored palette from Topshop’s online shop – containing a lot of things to hunger for, I must admit. It’s funny, the dress is very appealing to me because it reminds me of Henrik Vibskov’s knitted pieces he showed for his AW12 collection [here]. On the other side the shoes made me think of a combination of some Acne shoes from their 2009 collection called Niara [I've actually also posted about them for quite some while ago here] and the new flatforms with a gold heel from Stine Goya SS12.

Anyhow, couldn’t the weather god be a little kind and create some milder temperatures soon, thank you.

\\ A little inspiration, as you can see right now im kind of very much into the 1990′s. Baseball shoes, high waist oversize jeans and not to forget simple and square t-shirts.

// Got to admit that through the years I have been a true veteran in the war against leggings as pants, but lately I have been deeply in love with my leggins and looked all over the city for the right pair. I dont where them with short tops!, but sweaters and shirts, sometimes showing a little bit of my so called leggins butt.

We received this lovely New Year’s Eve greeting from Magic Mountain. I’ve been in love with their crystal necklaces for a long time, having seen them in Henrik Vibskov’s shop several times. The fluorite crystal is my fave. Apart from all the lovely items, they have a great graphical layout – always appreciated here on Highly Dazed!

So it’s big time sale time. I went to COS in regard of buying a christmas present and saw these great items. Our good friend Laura is the lucky owner of the mens shoes with the delicate metal details and they’re not bad to have in one’s shoe collection. The pleats you’re seeing are a vest – would be really cool to layer under a jacket for winter. And lastly, one can never get enough of a classic nicely-textured sweater. Maybe you’ll be lucky to find some of the things on sale, but be quick. 

Now next thing is figuring out what to wear for New Year’s Eve, better late than never right? I have some bordeaux sheer fabric and a shirt in the same colour, thinking of merging them together in an asymmetrical style maybe with an open back. It’s all about pleats for me at the moment.

 I hope this bag from ZARA will be under my christmas tree. It would be a perfect and minimalistic replacement for my fannypack of which I’m quite tired of wearing.
